Payment Types: Muses Day Spa accepts Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card. All payments must be made at the time of service / purchase, or over the phone in advance.
Cancellation & Booking Policy: We reserve our time and products especially for you when you book an appointment. We require a 24 hour notice on all cancellations before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than a 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 20% of your total service. If you “No Show” your appointment, there is a 50% charge of your total service. Due to the policy, we do require a form of payment on file. Repeat "NO SHOW" clients will no longer be able to book appointments any further than two days prior.
Let’s do Lunch: Enjoy a gourmet lunch in our relaxation lounge. Add lunch to any spa service for a $15.00 fee.
Cell Phone Rule: To avoid disruption of soothing treatments and services, we request that all cell phone calls be taken outside of the spa. Please silence your cell phones before entering the spa.
Children Policy: To maintain a calm and soothing atmosphere, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa without an appointment.
Return Policy: No Cash back. Exchanges and store credit only. Must have a valid receipt within 10 days of original purchase.
Prices: All prices are subject to change and are up to our discretion.
Appointment Times: We suggest all clients arrive at least 15 minutes early to their appointments. This allows time for any required paperwork, changing into spa attire, and using our amenities. All appointment times listed are approximations. Service times may vary according to the specific needs of clients. Clients arriving late to appointments may receive a shorter service, in order to keep later appointments on time.
